PMU Programs and Services Football Training Position Specific Training Quarterbacks and Receivers: The Score 6 QB Academy offers on-site and off-site camps, group training classes, private one-on-one training, and semi-private training for quarterbacks and receivers of all ages and ability levels. Classes and training are available year-round. Visit www.Score6.net for information on the Academy. 7 on 7 Training: The PMU staff offers technique training on selected Saturday mornings throughout the off-season for athletes involved in 7 on 7. LBers, DBs, WRs, RBs, TEs, and QBs are taken through position technique drills, one-on-one coverage and route running drills, and a variety of group passing drills including 1/2 Field 7 on 7, Under Coverage vs. Horizontal Stretch Concepts (Dallas Drill), and Full 7 on 7. Performance Training Speed for Sports: The PMU Staff offers group training classes that develop linear running speed for athletes in all sports. This program addresses three phases of linear speed: Acceleration, Top-end speed, and Deceleration. Workouts are broken down into several stages to develop the following elements for speed performance. Mobility, Stride Length, Stride Frequency, Negative Foot Speed, and Downward Force.
